7. Who will your data be shared with?

You are hereby informed that NATURLÍDER has contracted the services of HubSpot, Google, Microsoft, Dropbox, MailChimp and Amazon Web Services, whose services are housed in the USA. This means there is an international transfer of your data. However, international data transfers are regularised as the abovementioned organisations have signed up to the Privacy Shield protocol.

9. Data retention

Your data will be kept on file for the following terms:

• Data supplied to formalise a purchase:
  • Data supplied to manage, process, send and track purchases placed will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and once it has ended for the time limit on legal actions that may arise therefrom.
  • Data used to contact you to finalise an order if saved in your shopping cart or if there are other products in the cart for which the payment process has not been finalised will be kept for 180 days.
  • Data concerning satisfaction and quality surveys will be kept for five (5) years.
• Data supplied through out-of-stock product forms will be processed through to when you are sent notification of the product being in stock and, if not in stock, for six (6) months.
• Data supplied through out-of-stock product forms will be processed through to when you are sent notification of the product being in stock and, if not in stock, for six (6) months.
• Data supplied through collaboration forms will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and once it has ended for the time limit on legal actions that may arise therefrom.
• Data supplied to mail the newsletter will be kept until such time as you revoke consent.
• Data supplied to get discounts or engage in promotions will be kept until the promotion ends and once it has ended for the time limit on legal actions that may arise therefrom.
• Data used to send commercial communications will be kept until you oppose it or revoke your consent.
• Data used to prepare profiles, drawing on third-party sources, shall never be kept for more than three (3) years.

One of the reasons why NATURLÍDER processes the personal data you supply is to send you commercial communications with information on products, services, promotions, offers, events and news of interest to you.

11. User’s Responsabilities
